Ok...so I guess I'll give a go at my first real blog (even though I am not overseas yet). First off, in case any of you were wondering. "Gibli Birra" means "Give me a beer" in Maltese. It is one of the only phrases that I can remember in that language. My trip begins on May 12th, all by myself for 12 hours, but im sure i can entertain myself (hopefully). I am going straight to Italy where Katie and Laura will be meeting up with me. Then let the fun begin. Im not the best at journal type deals, but hopefully with Katie and Laura's help I can master the art. Oh and dont be shy! please comment or blog back to us. It will be really nice to hear back from family and friends.

  2. What an exciting opportunity. Your Dad walked by my house and startled me yesterday. I hadn't seen him walking in the neighborhood before. Maybe he feels he needs to get in better shape to match you after you come home from walking all around Europe. Have a great time!

  7. Welcome to Europe!! I am trusting my sister in your hands for a few weeks here so don't let me down. And you can trust your boyfriend in my hands for a few weeks, I'll make sure he doesn't cheat on you with anyone other than me! Enjoy, take too many pictures, and buy too many things while you are there!
